The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits a
nd things taught by demons. Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron. They forbid people to marry and order them to abstain from certain foods, which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and who know the truth. ...Many

other of the enemy.

We just have to look around the world today to see
how true this statement is. Surely nobody can deny the presence of Satan’s work
in the ‘woke’ contingent in most countries in the western world. Even
governments will not go against them.
We in Britain see traffic being held up and even
stopped by so called climate change protesters who don’t seem to realise the
timeline for this type of change is not days or weeks. They have found a way to
break the law knowing that most times they get away with it. Even ambulances
have been caught up in traffic hold ups.
The people who think they have a right to do and
say what they want, have managed to take away those same rights from the rest
of us. We are told what we can eat (no meat products) and what we can say, (no
religion thanks). They think that they can do, eat and say what they want while
stopping the rest from doing the same.
Even all
the woke claims on gender is causing so much turmoil in the world. Now I know
there have always been problems with this view, there are some in my own
family, that I love dearly, who worry me because of this concern. However, this
is not negotiable with God.
The only way for them to be right with God is to be
celibate. Of course, some churches and clerics, even governments, are
supporting their ideas.
Genesis 1:27 says,
So, God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created
them; male and female he created them. Even when

was taking animals into the ark, he was told in Genesis 6:19 says, You
are to bring into the ark two of all living creatures, male and female,
to keep them alive with you.
I sometimes worder if this is why we are losing so
many ministers, (and priests or vicars in other denominations). Perhaps those
ones who are leaving are being deceived by Satan and his followers, or because
they do not agree with the stance of their church.
Ralph Waldo Emerson
said, ‘And what greater calamity can fall upon a nation than the loss of
worship.’
How much worse then for
so many nations losing their faith and giving up the worship of God altogether?
Satan must be rubbing his hands together, thinking that his plans are going
well. Let us be the ones to show him the error of that thought.
Prayer
Faithful God, thank You
that all things are in Your hands. Nothing is happening now that You did not
know from the beginning of time, and You will deal with it in Your own time. Father,
we know that we are all still sinners and still depend on the sacrifice of Your
Son when asking for Your forgiveness. We also ask that You help us to
distinguish the devious whispers sent by the evil one, in order to ask for Your
help in dealing with them. Help us to help those people who are even needier
than ourselves. We ask these things in the name of our beloved Saviour, amen.
